  1. yeah there is one august first and a lunar eclipse august 12

  2. Hi Jme!

No, you probably will not see any of the eclipse.

Technically the very end of the partial phase could be seen from Korea, if you had a clean view of the northwestern horizon.  The partial eclipse is just starting near the moment of sunset.  It's unlikely you'll get that kind of clear view, however.

The total eclipse is not visible in Korea.

  3. Sorry to disappoint you, but no you will not see any of the eclipse from S.Korea, as it ends before it reaches that area, It would only have been partial anyway, even if sunset did not occur first.

  4. A total solar eclipse — the first in nearly two and a half years — will be visible along a narrow track that will start over the Northwest Passage of Canada, gives a glancing blow to northern Greenland, then shifts southeast through Siberia and western Mongolia and before ending near the famed Silk Route of China on aug 1

The total eclipse will  begin at sunrise over Northern Canada's Queen Maud Gulf, where the moon's umbra will first touch down on the Earth, resulting in Canada's hosting its first total solar eclipse since February 26, 1979.
