Augh this may be a stupid question but i was wondering

if your b*****s are done(surgery) can you still join the military?

or any other surgery can affect of joining?

  1. History of open thoracic laparoscopic surgery (including b*****s), during the preceding six months is disqualifying. So, you have to wait six months after the surgery is done. The source below is the medical standard.


  2. I knew women who were already in the service who got their b***s done, so I'm going to guess and say that it is no big deal.

  6. Might have to get a waiver, just because of the surgery and if they restrict you range of motion then It might become a problem. Talk to a Recruiter, this will be the ONLY good way to find out the right answer, Good Luck

  7. It'll just make it a tad bit longer for you to join, getting the waiver and what not. Also perhaps tests, and if it doesn't work out I'd recommend getting doctors view on this and saying you are able to move freely, do exercise without any problems.
