Question:

August Weather In Wisconsin?

I live in Wisconsin and so far this summer it has rained alot in June and July, so much that this is the year that has had the most flooding in Wisconsin History, and also the year with the most mosquitoes in very long time maybe since 1993. My Question is will there be less rain and more sun in August?

Because we have alot of days off in August to do stuff like going to Wisconsin Dells and to go to Waterparks and attractions at Wisconsin Dells.

  1. Its hard to say. This has indeed been a very active summer. There has been plenty of flooding in the Midwest, especially in the tri-states region. August probably won't be as bad, but like I said before, its hard to say. Let's hope for relief from this mess.

  2. I live in Wisconsin and the mosquitoes are crazy. I had a swarm of 500 attack me as soon as I stepped outside. I expect it to be very hot in August, but not quite as much rain as in June and July. However, I still expect 2-6 cold fronts to pass through Wisconsin creating Thunderstorms and more rain. The Wisconsin Dells are open for business even though Lake Delton is gone. I recently went to the Wisconsin Dells in June when it was raining and I had fun since I spent most of my day at an indoor waterpark. So even if it is raining, you can go to Kalaharia or Mount Olympus which has an indoor waterpark and indoor themepark. P.S. The Lake Delton sight is very scary. Along with the flooding along the Baraboo River.
