  1. Try changing to Clarytin

  2. possibly Benadryl.  But it makes you a bit sleepy, I am mostly fine when I take them.  I just get a little tierd.

  3. claritin or sudafed

    i have allergies too. :)

  4. try different pills, use paper towels as tissues(it really helps) and wait till the month is over

  5. pollen and pollution is in the air. august, rain is coming. the rain drops form on the pollen and pollution in the air. as soon as enough moisture builds up on these particles the rain will fall . sky will clear and so will your head. try lortidine. it works for me.

  6. dont go outside

  7. Locate a local honey bee farm and eat them everyday. It will get rid of your " environmental " related allergy for sure. Also, try Nati Pot every day, twice a day.

  8. Oh yes my world for 39 years!! Every August, when I was in school right b4 school pics I looked awful! Swollen eyes, sneezing constantly-have to have central air. I have been getting a kenelog shot-steroid every year since I turned about 13-sometimes I wait longer then I should, thinking maybe this years the year it wont happen?? I have been told it was hayfever, yada yada bull!! I have lived in many states in which my allergies are much more minimal. I live in Indiana and I have figured out its the corn pollanating that has caused this!! Which actually is very normal since about 95% of people are allergic to corn. They just eat it any ways. But if I stay away from corn or corn in the air, my allergies subside abit. But if you get the kenelog shot!! OMG amazing in 10 minutes you feel like a new person!! My blood pressure levels off, I stop sneezing, eyes start to clear up it works!! They tried to get me try other meds and not one thing on the market does anything like that shot!! Guess I move away from corn when my daughter graduates or I keep getting my shot! Hope this helps you?-Shan:)

  9. go to your pharmacy and ask for the generic version of claratin (unless you want name brand but generic is the same thing only cheaper)and see if that will help you if it don't call your dr and ask them for something or to recommend something for u
