Aunt just gave me metamucil?

i'm staying at my aunts place and my stomach has been hurting a bit in the lower part. i told her and she gave me this big glass of something called metamucil to drink.

but what exactly is metamucil and what does it cause to happen?

it is fiber and it is suposed to help you go to the bathroom.

it's fiber -have some every day.  the American diet is terrible for it's fiber content.

It's just Fiber really. But if you have a stomach ache you shuld try Pepto Bismo
