  1. yesterdy (dont pronounce a) sounds like yest-dee

last night is just last night.

  2. yesterday is yesty

  3. If I were to give you an Australian slang word for 'tomorrow', it'd probably be 'tomorra', rather than 'tomoz'.

'Yesterday' is often shortened to 'Yestdy', but I don't know that there is a slang term for 'last night'.

  4. I think tomoz is sms talk, I've had that texted to me but never said.

  5. Fair dinkum ya yobbo crikey ya should stop watching reruns of croc hunter.

  6. Y'Day....L'st N'ght....thats how i do it when i'm texting...

  7. Stone the crows Keith! Whedya get tomoz from? Never heard that one. Yesterday though is often pronounced yesdy - not slang, but commonly heard.

  8. Crikey mate!!!Tomoz, where did ya get that.Yesterday=F..kin Yesterday

           Last Night=Yep you guessed it.

  9. Yesterday and last night are typically not changed to slang, though you may here yester.

  10. Dis arvo....2moro.....ystday....lst nite.

    Cheers.

  11. Or someone who is to lazy to actually speak the real words.

  12. this arvo is right

never heard of tomoz, though it could be used in texting for sure

yesterday, in the true Aussie way it has become "yesdy" for many. though some of my friends use ystrday

and last night, i've never heard slang for that before but yo0u could use lst night...

    sorry I couldn't help much

Oh, by the way, i don't think people were trying to be rude they were just pulling your leg the good ol fashioned Aussie way =)

  13. Yes, I agree with "this Arvo = this afternoon".

    I can't say I've ever heard "Tomoz = Tomorrow".

Yesterday is yesterday and last night is last night.

    Edit:

As far as texting goes I don't know.

Last night could be last nite, maybe.

Tomoz could be a typo, W & Z are both the same key.

Maybe it should be Tomow. (Sorry that looks wrong too.)

  14. G'day!

Bloody oath, tomoz, stone the crows I never heard that before. Struth cobba. Well i'm going bush to fetch some more fosters.
