Aussie food for a Canadian?

Hey,

My friend from Canada was visiting recently and fell in love with some Aussie treats such as Tim Tams and Cherry Ripes. I want to send a care package and wondered what other unique Aussie treats I could send. Maybe some of these things are readily available. My shopping list so far;

Twisties are what I miss most when overseas (even though I don't eat them normally)

And yes Pavlova is from New Zealand but was named by a pastry chef working in Perth when the Russian Ballet visited (not sure what is was called in New Zealand but it was the same thing).

pavlovas...and no kiwis it's not from newzealand.it was made here in honour of anna pavlova the russian ballerina.
