  1. stock horses are known for the horse for anything. They suit any type of discipline whether it's pony club, trail riding or campdrafting. They are excellent campdrafting horses just like quarter horses.

im getting one soon as well when i sell my Tb

  2. They're excellent allrounders. They're good at games, dressage, jumping and just hooning around. We have 3 at our stables and they're all really nice and good (I'm seriously in love with my friend's one and I was seriously about to buy one of the other ones).

  3. Stockhorses are excellent for campdrafting. They are good hardy animals because of their breeding. the breed  was created when the settlers bred their thoroughbreds with the wild brumbies.

  4. Stock Horses are the best ever. one was used in the Olympics in Australia. they are versatile, trust worthy, not too heavy, nimble footed very cowy...have stamina to burn and a great head on them...i would suggest getting these above any others...saying that i own mostly paints and QH but yeah....i have had a few, best horses EVER

  5. They are well suited for any discipline.

They are particularly good with cattle.  They have an inborn "cow sense" that can be used for roping, herding, cutting, or any ranch work.

Me personally, I use mine for halter classes, showmanship, and western pleasure.
