during a recent house move i stupidly belive that 1 call to telstra would move all my services (internet, foxtel and landline) as im a single bill customer and have a priotiy ( as my daughter is 8 months preg) however the whole process or 3 simple connections ended with telstra missing 5 booked appoitments nemerous calls to them and finally a case with the communications ombudsman! how in 2008 and this happen?
