What is the worlds most livable city???

I don't know i haven't been to many some where warm. I suppose where i am right now is livable, i live here. UK

Townsville QLD is gorgeous, once you get used to the fact that almost everything closes at 5pm. Its so laid back though, and it has most of the shopping staples. The weather is lovely mostly, when it does get really hot everywhere has air con.

I also like Melbourne, although not so much since summer forgot to visit us this year. I love all the parks :)

anywhere I don't have to deal with Australians. They've taken over Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and all other affordable tourist spots. I was in Phuket this December and so much hated these Aussies all around me.
