Australia adelaide lookinf for cheap flights from glasgow for the month of november 2008..?

i am going to adelaide in november but am trying to get the cheapest flights possible im travelling with my husband and my son who will be 1 come then.. does any1 have any seggestions on how to get the best flight deals as i have been trying the last 3 days and all very expensive..

I am looking for cheap flights to Sydney from Edinburgh at the moment.

I looked on the net, then visited some travel agents...

the cheapest travel agent was Trailfinders (way cheaper than what Flight Centre etc quoted me).

We are going to book a flight we found on the net though through Travel Supermarket (cheapest we could find). Asiana have some OK priced flights.

You can save a lot of money by flying to Heathrow and then flying to Adelaide from there.

I have noticed flights to Australia are a lot more expensive at the moment.

I think you will have to pay about £800 for a return.
