Sydney Sixers enter the Champions League as one of the favourites because of an extra-ordinary bowling attack, which includes the likes of Cummins, Starc and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Josh-Reginald-Hazlewood-c69504, who are all capable of generating genuine pace.
The wicketkeeper, who is leading the Sydney Sixers in this tournament, expressed that he will not stop the guys from bowling aggressively.
"I'll be saying to those guys don't hold back, your job is to bowl fast and we'll clean the rest of it up from there," Haddin said. "We're pretty lucky this tournament we've got three guys who can push that radar gun quite high.
Haddin was all praise for the 19-year-old Cummins, who he thinks has a great future ahead of him.
The captain mentioned, "With Pat you can get into the 150s [km/http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Hugh-Morris-c63550], which is a different ball game.”
With a number of talented young pacers, Haddin is confident that the Baggy Greens will regain their lost heights in international cricket in the coming years.
"We're actually lucky in Australian cricket we've got a big crop of these young quicks that are bowling and pushing the speed gun right up to where we like it," he added.
The Sixers play their opening Champions League fixture on Sunday against Chennai Super Kings at Johannesburg.
