im not sure but very believeabe, u can get a visa for an amount of time in america. Ifmy teacher is canadian and is here on a 3 year visa. after that is up she need to get it renewed or go back to canada. the onyl way u can stay full time is becoming a citizen so i believe that this is true

It all depends on what type of visa you want and qualify for.

A temporary visa is for 3 months to 4 years.
