The aggressive all-rounder got out after scoring 41 runs off 24 balls, hitting four fours and two thunderous sixes in his innings.
The highlight of the Australian innings was a magnificent century from Hussey. The stylish left-hander got out in the death overs after scoring 108 runs from just 91 balls, smashing nine fours and two towering sixes.
John Hastings remained unbeaten on 21 from nine balls, taking his team's total beyond 350.
