Australia v new zealand?

Question

thinking of emigrating, from uk, to a better standard of living for my family.would appreciate any comments especially natives or ex pats. also could anybody reccomend any websites were i can research education, lifestyle etc.been on immigration websites but would be grateful for any websites local in your area that would help me for example school leagues etc many thanks. my husband is a welder by trade but has worked on the railways for the past 7 years and i'm a health care assistant on a stroke unit. 3 kids are 10,7 and 2 years.cheers.

No comparison.... Australia would be the best place. New Zealands economy is really in a bad way, and it is very expensive to live there. That is why many New Zealanders move to Australia. new Zealand is pretty, and you can always visit. The job opportunities would be better for you both in Australia,and a great place for kids. I would suggest South Eastern Queensland, as you have the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast. If you like the beach, sun and surf, these are the places to be. Brisbane is also okay, but you need to live in North Brisbane, nice area!!!!... Good Luck!
