Australia won their first ever Hong Kong Sixes when they beat Pakistan in the final of the tournament on Sunday.
Batting first, Pakistan scored 132/6 in the final of the tournament in their six overs. Ahmed Shezad was the star of the batting side with a 28-ball 92. In reply, Australia needed 48 to win the game off the last over of eight balls, which was blasted off by
Dave Warner and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ryan-Carters-c2386.
A visibly elated Warner said: "It was amazing. We have that Australian passion when things are against us. It is one of those things - we needed 46 in that last over, but it is cricket and we knew we were always a chance if we backed ourselves. I was given
the opportunity to come here and lead the side as well and I am just stoked for the boys, they have done so well."
Glenn Maxwell was declared the man of the tournament.
The tournament, which was played over the weekend in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 start with a loss to South Africa before turning things around by winning four in a row to win it. Australia followed up that loss to the Proteas with a win over hosts Hong Kong and
