Australian Golf Handicap?

can someone help me by telling me how to calculate an australian golf handicap. nothing official just for social play. i need 2 rounds and should play them in the next week. my home course is logan city golf club.

Australia is under the umbrella of the R&A; go to their website randa.org and there's a whole section on handicaps.

Most courses offer a handicapping service for a nominal fee; there are also online services (not official, but they have software that will do the math).

I'm Australian too! my home course is Emerald lakes but I play at Logan all the time in junior comps!

Normally the handicapping system will need 5 scorecards from you.  You then hand these into your home club (Logan City) and they will do it for you.  Your handicap will then be the average of your 5 rounds.

If you want to just do it in your head for yourself, then play 3rounds and average them together.

You can play 5rounds an average them etc.

Anything you hit over double bogey will be counted a double.
