  1. Post them ASAP or your babies will be named Baby - I accidently almost did the same & asked them about it

  2. i posted mine in late and never got a fine.i dont think you will get a fine

  3. As far as i know you have 3 months after date of birth to send the forms off..

All it means is at the moment they are not registered..

Yes posting them tomorrow maybe a good idea..

    Congrats by the way....

  4. It just means that your bub is not registered. Probably won't fine you. They will not call your son baby as technically they do not know that he evens exists... In QLD you have 60 days to register your baby.

  5. I think usually you have 90 days (ur just over!)- send in ASAP Chick - i cant see you having too  much of a problem

    Good Luck

  6. That is a common thing that happens. You wont be fined.

  7. I definately do not think you will be fined.

You were supposed to send them within 60 days - but you have been busy understandably :)

In NSW, it says to contact them if it is late and I assume the same would apply in Tas.

Personally, I think they would accept it late, i mean what are they going to do, ignore your childrens existence??

I'd just mail it and see what heppens....
