Australian Mowen Sisters need immediate sponsorship – Beach Volleyball news
The Southside beach volleyball pairing of two lovely sisters Justine and Jordan Mowen, who are seeded No. 1 in Queensland, Australia is currently struggling for the sponsors.
The Brisbane sports’ glamour sisters are members of the Queensland Academy of Sports and present and a great team. They train at the Natalie Cook’s Sandstorm beach club in the southern suburban area Nathan. The elder sister Justin is 25, while Jordan is
22.
The Mowen sisters are working under the supervision of former Olympic player and professional coach, Matt Grinlaubs. The coach has helped the duo to catch the limelight in the recent years. He is keeping their Olympic dream alive by preparing them for the
qualification of 2016 Olympic Games. Before him, the two players coached themselves and worked out good performance. Nevertheless, the support and help of experienced coach has given a boost to their performance.
The duo has done wonderfully well at the national level and they are ranked number 4 in Australia. Likewise, they need to demonstrate the same brilliant act on the world tour, which will enable them to achieve a spot on the World Rankings Chart. Once they
will earn the world ranking points, they will be allowed to qualify for the Olympic Games.
The hard work and dedication will surely serve as the key for success. However, the tandem also needs some sponsors for their financial support. Sponsorship is the key for them as the official volleyball governing authority in Australia only provides support
to their AIS-based players in Southern Capital City Adelaide.
The Mowen sisters are based in Brisbane, Queensland and are not eligible to benefit from the funds provided by Volleyball Australia. Instead, they have to pay all dues themselves, which is quite difficult.
The two siblings are both singles and possess a great athletic physique. They currently live at their parents’ home and have a great passion for the beach volleyball. Back in 2010, they posed for a series of photos for a sports magazine, in order to fulfil
their game expenses. The 2016 Olympics is their ultimate goal and hopefully they will soon find sponsors to run the show.
