Australian NRL Involvement, Becoming A Selector??

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows how you can become a selector for the NRL, for their Junior Development Teams, what kind of qualifications you would need or any information!!! Thanks

Why do you want to be a selector?  Is it the only way your son will make it?

You would need to hold current minimum Level 2 coaching certificate or be a developement officer or be involved with the governing body of your state.It is mainly the coach & d o's who select junior teams & there's normally 5 people involved in the selection process
