The Hong Kong shuttler could not play well and lost the opening game. However, he found his way back and grabbed the following both games to emerge as the winner in this three-set clash by taking 53 minutes in the court.
On the other hand, Wei Feng started his campaign against Yun in a striking fashion and won the opening set but failed to maintain his supremacy in the following games. He eventually lost the match in rubber sets.
