Australian TR visa (subclass 475)?

Is there anyone who ever apply visa for australian TR (subclass 475)? who willing to share experience with me?

i need to know where to send the payment (via bank draft) and how long it takes for the process, and what the major factor to make it approved or rejected!

You can lodge your application and make payment in a  currency accepted by the Australian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate, where the application is being lodged. In other words, make payment at one of the above.

The time frame for the process is very variable and the probability of acceptance will depend on your points score and the quality of your sponsoring employer's application.
