Australian Visa?

I am going to go crazy! I swear! WHY? Because I am 20 yrs old, I have been in Australia since I was 17 because my mom brought me over here so she could marry a man that she met off the internet. They have been married since Nov 2005. and She has had a bridging visa since Jan 06, and i was a dependent on the visa since i was under 18... NOW i am 20. I was pulled outta high school. i was brought over here when i was in 3rd month of my 12th yr and i was a Honor roll student.

Here we r 2.5 yrs later and the visa is the same cuz my mom hasnt gottena ll the paerwork to them. and what can i do but wait? I cant get on my own visa because i came over on hers. I cant do anything without being charged alot of money because i am a foreighnor (Uni). I dont have heaps of money because i left my mom over a yr ago because of abuse. so how can i pay things when i am struggling to lead my own 20 yr old dependent life while paying twice as much taxes as everyone else? I cant even move forward in my

  1. I think it would be worthwhile talking to the immigration office as you left home due to abuse and see if anything can be done in your case. You have nothing to lose. Ring 131881 which is a general telephone line and ask them if you do not wish to go ina nd see them
