Australian Visa......?

Hi everyone. . I am an Asian and I am planning to work in Australia. . My question is I can probably get Tourist visa which can last only for three months. Can I apply or look for a prospective jobs while I am on that kid of visa? I am from Philippines but presently working in China as an English Teacher, Australian Embassy here in Shanghai can grant me a Tourist visa. I have so many emails from some companies in Adelaide and etc., If i will apply a working visa companies should be sponsoring me or if I will apply for Migrant it is a long process..Please advice me..

Please don't even play with the idea of looking for work while on three months tourist visa in Australia. You will be send back to Philippines straight from the Aussie Airport. You have to find potential employer first. One which will give guaranty of continuing and lawfully paid job. Than you take it to Australian Embassy in Shanghai and wait. God speed.
