  1. A welcome surprise would be have been the inclusion of Nathan Merritt.  When will this kid's skills be recognized?

  2. they pretty much just selected the top 46 players in the comp to keep an eye on. people that arnt even on the list can still make the squad but it is unlikely. i hope players who consistantley do well for there club get a chance to play e.g glen stewert and anthony laffranchi

  3. yea so just about the qld squad and the NSW squad

  4. Theyre just making players know that they are either considered or not, it isnt a final team and players will get dropped and some put in. Jennings, O Donnell, Myles, Poore, Farah & Tupou will get dropped easy in the next 24 man selection.. Other than that the rest are quality players that could do a good job in the World Cup if they keep their form up

  5. no they all deserved their place in the squad

  6. About time Glenn got some credit for his great season.

    Same with Perry.

Jarryd Hayne? How he got in there I will really like to know.

  7. just like the 90's school boy sides

  8. Not really..it's a 40 man squad...people like Creagh and Poore will eventually get cut.

  9. Crocker and Buderus should never have been picked. Both have advised they will will cease playing in Australia to go overseas> Australian selection policy has always been that the players must be club players, playing in Australia.

Too long to go for final selections. Poore got injured tonight and got medi cabbed off (knee) so he may be gone anyway. I think Brent Tate has seen better days but even allowing for the selectors to pick theirworsey ever side, they should still win the world cup easily.

  10. does matter anyways, Australia will still win lol.

  11. Most of the surprises will get cut so we can have the same old boring test side!

  12. Finally, they have a good selection of manly players

  13. Obvious exclusions: Braith Anasta, Robbie Farah, Michael Jennings, Nate Myles (he is so overated, why does everyone think so high of him?), Josh Perry, Justin Poore, Carl Webb and Craig Wing. Anyway thats what I think
