  1. too cold to swim in Sydney in the winter,

it can get very cold and wet

  2. It's too cold for me to swim it was 16 degrees today July is our coldest month.

  3. depends where you're from.

When i lived in London we went swimming at 18*C, in which case it would be warm enough

but if you're from a warm place then probably not.

the sun is supposed to be coming back this Friday, and from then it says tops of 20*C.

But the weather is always a bit unpredictable so you might get lucky

But if you're coming a couple of weeks it should probably be fine. July is just a bit too cold for swimming.

    August might get warmer...

    good luck

  4. In a few weeks? Well, the weather wont get any higher than 23 degrees i suppose.. it can get to 1 degree at night.

Too cold for swimming, you'll freeze. Sydney isnt warm all the time, our winters get really cold..

  5. At the moment we're going through a REALLY cold winter, but there's lack of rain and precipitation (at least where I've been) this year. I would say that it's too cold to swim unless you're in an indoor heated pool.

  6. Our winters are very mild, but you will still not be able to swim in Sydney - too cold brrr! You can probably get away with swimming up in North Queensland though, the temperatures are much warmer there in the tropics.

  7. nup - you won't be able to swim in the ocean. It's jeans and cardigan weather, with the odd scarf.
