Australians, Do you think theyll ever decrase the age to get your 'L's?

Question

As you know in australia you have to be 16 to obtain your leraner license and hold it for 12 months beofre you get your provisional license. Do you think theyll ever make the L plate age lower than 16? eg:14/15?

anyone younger just isnt mature enough to...some probably wouldnt even be tall enough!! :P

Nope their getting tougher on P Platers down under

in the Eastern States (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), u have to complete 120hour logbooks and you can't get your P's until 6 months after you pass your driving test

plus they're introducing new rules on high performance vehicles, so P Plater's can drive V8's and such...

pfft I think their just demonising us

i think 16 is young enough. can u imagine all the 14 and 15 year olds driving and the damage they could do?
