Australians.....When do we have a State (NSW) Election?

With all this corruption, de-sal plant, "euro-style" metro line, constant lies, etc, I think Morris Iemma has long overstayed his welcome.

When do we get to vote for a new Premier of NSW? And do we know who the candidates will be?

I'm from SA and I hope you have an election soon and replace the government - Australia's biggest state is dragging the whole country down with its mismanagement. the other states are bad, but not that bad.

The last NSW State election was held on 27th March, 2007. NSW has 4 year terms so the next election isn't due until early 2011. NSW's big problem is that as terrible as the Iemma government is, the alternative is even worse: the other mob couldn't run a p!ssup in a brewery. The Iemma dilemma!

Not nearly soon enough I'm afraid.  Don't know the date for sure, but I think it's about 2 1/2 years away.
