Hey, stupid questions but i understand that alot of them hate other countrys but what do you think of english living in your country? thanks x

We're not racist... we dislike all other countries equally! And that's only because this is the best country in the world to live and we are trying to keep this beautiful place to ourselves.

Aussies love anyone that tries to adopt the Aussie culture and isnt trying to tell us we have to do things differently to make them feel like they are in their "old" country.

And yes, many australians are racist. They may not believe it though.

Any statement which starts, "Im not racist, BUT....." is most likely going to be a racist statement. People think if they do it in a joking manner it is acceptable.

However, the majority of Australians - particularly in major cities are widely accepting of all cultures and nationalities....and you certainly shouldn't believe everything that you hear.

I migrated to australia with my parents when I was just three years old from england, I have lived in Australia most of my life, I do not live there now, the english that come to australia and whine about the place, I would rather see them on the plane home back to england - australia is a great place - it  has its problems, but the english arent much more than a source of amusement, especially when we flog them at cricket and any other sport they care to challenge us with

Bloody whinging Poms, lol, just kidding. I don't mind anyone living here as long as they are friendly and speak english. I don't agree that Most Aussies are racist. Most Aussies realise that you need to be able to laugh at yourself, I will make jokes about Australia and I am Australian, I joke about Kiwis and Poms, however my Grandfather was a Pom. I believe that If you want to live in a country, it is common courtesy to be able to speak the language there. The Poms have made the funniest movie ever, ('Snatch'). So Yeah,  you are welcome here.

Where do you get the idea we hate other countries?

English people who come here are following a fine tradition which goes back 200 years.

Many of us are from British stock.
