McKay, who is now considered as a senior player in the limited-overs team, revealed that he always looks to help out the younger generation of fast bowlers. The Victorian expressed that the upcoming Aussie speedsters are going to rule the cricketing world
in the years to come.
"It's definitely something I'll be trying to do. There are some very exciting prospects coming through, guys who are going to be superstars. Anything I can pass on to them and help them improve and get to where they need to be as quickly as possible, I'm
happy to do that. There are going to be some great players," McKay said.
The fast bowler is a part of the squad which is currently playing a five-match ODI series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 and has lost the initial two matches. Mckay played both the matches but he knows that he will have to stay on his toes to keep his place in the team.
Unlike some of the genuine fast bowlers, the 29-year-old relies on movement and variations to be successful at the ultimate level of the game.
He mentioned, "I don't have the pace of some of these young kids coming through but I think I've got a few tricks up my sleeve and, so far, its all working out as a group."
