    Afarensis, long curved fingers probably from living partially in trees

    africanus: upright.  small brain.  long arms,

    Neanderthal, continuous brow ridge, occipital bun.  large brain, very strong rounded bones.

    Habilis: small brain, upright, high sexual dimorphism,

    erectus: beetle brow.  moderate brain size, complete bipedal morphology.
