Authentic Mexican Food near Denton, TX?

Help...my dad is trying to find a good authentic mexican restaurant near Denton TX. Specifically one that serves CEVICHE. They live out in the country and Denton or Decatur is their closest "big city"...

There used to be a restaurant on Loop 13 where you could watch while this huge Mexican woman would stir a big pot of sauce while holding an infant in her other arm...Quite a hoot - and experience!

Actually El Fenix is pretty authentic. I know the family that owns the chain. If its not on the menu, the cooks can usually make anything requested. Call ahead and ask. There should be one in Denton maybe a lil south on 35.

theres a really good restaurant on University dr. that is called " El Matador" . i dont know for sure if they sell ceviche but they have some amazing fajitas!

well if your interested tell your dad it is between kroger and the movie tavern
