Try "Blue Ginger" in the Taj West End hotel. It used to be Inianized Thai but now it is more Indianized Vietnamese. "Authentic" Vietnamese may not exist in India as yet.

Also, it's open on the sides so it is well ventilated. Really helps when dealing with the nuisance smokers.
