I heard that most autistic people are mainly right-brained, that they lack most of their left-brain? That the right brain takes over or something like that?

Does anyone know about this? Is it true? Can you explain it to me because h**l am I confused about the brain lol

  1. Austistic people have brains just like everyone else.  Their brains have two hemispheres, just like everyone else's.  Some neurological differences have been noted - hypermyelination of certain regions, for example- but these aren't on the level of having part of the brain "take over".
