Autism forums and chat rooms?

can anyone recommend any, am in UK.

www.wrongplanet.net and www.aspiesforfreedom.com are both great forums, though the focus of these sites is for people on the autism spectrum.

I'm not as sure about forums for relatives or for more general information. These two sites might be good:

I have found the yahoo autism groups to be great. There are general autism groups to join or you could be specific to your area, type of therapy, age group etc. The families I have come into contact with through these group have been a wealth of knowledge and support for me.
