We currently own 2 cars, which are both under my name as a Owner, since yesterday. Before that, one car was on my wife's name. I have to say that i have a little bit more experience as a driver than my wife and i m over 25 years old. I called the insurance company to let them know about the changing the ownership and to lower my premium for the car that my wife use to had because now it s on my name.. and they told me that i can't be the principal driver on both cars so they won't lower the premium.
Question: where does it says that i can be the principal driver of 2 cars? My wife is using the car just for shopping- i go to work with other. Can you point out a source of information for me? Or if u had previously the same "incidents" with the insurance company- tell me more.
I have the feeling that the lady was trying to maintain the premium at the same high rate(because was on my wife's name- no experience and under 25, no driving school )and i don't like that.
Thanks a lot!
