  1. I'm not an expert on this, but I would suggest you take a tour here, there are expert's tips over there.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  2. For auto insurance the quick way to get a great rate is do a rate comparison on car policies. Make sure that you pick similar options with the same deductibles, auto type, location, etc so that all things are an accurate comparison.

What I always recommend is an online comparison quote at http://www.InsureAutoNow.info since they have lots of insurers and can give multiple quotes on car insurance polices.

  3. why are they denying?  if you had the coverage on the policy they have to give you a reason...

  4. What happened? Was another car involved? Were you ticketed?  did you have medical payments coverage?  What were those limits ?You will have to provide much more info and tell us Allstate's reason for denying the hospital bills before we can provide an answer

  5. Let me say this nicely....there is no such thing as full coverage and whoever told you there was such a thing is just plain stupid.  If you don't carry the correct coverage on your policy that's your fault....you purchase liability, comprehensive, collision, rental, GAP, towing, Medical Payments/PIP, uninsured motorists, disability, and car death benefit coverage SEPERATELY.  So if you didn't purchase Medical Payments/PIP coverage Allstate's not going to pay anything because you didn't pay THEM to do so.  And besides, the most coverage you can purchase for MP is $5000 with Allstate.  There is NOTHING you can do now-it's too late-for them to "pay your bills.".  The time to do something was when you purchased your policy.  All you can do now is make the appropriate changes to your policy so in the event you have another crash you don't have to worry AS MUCH as you are now about how to pay your bills.  Turn the bills over to your health insurance company.

    Take care.

  6. Full coverage does not mean that you had coverage for your medical expenses.  Do you have PIP coverage?  Medical Payment coverage?  Were you at fault for the accident?  If not, you need to file a claim against the other party.

If the other party was uninsured, you need to file a Uninsured Motorist Claim against your own policy.  Hopefully you or the other party selected adequate policy limits and not just your state's compulsory limits.

Why is Allstate denying your claim?  Did they send you a letter outlining the denial?

  7. That is why it is called a auto insurance. simply because they pay any amount of damage that is dealt by your car not the hospital bills.
