Auto insurance is it hard to find cheaply?

I have called a few places, and they keep me on the phone for like 20 minutes asking the same old questions, and all I really want to know is a rough price to see how long i have to save up. And they are all way more than i though this was going to be. and now if i decide to buy a different type of car I have to call them all back again and again?

You can do price comparison, through Progressive and Geico.

Just go to the company's websites. much faster and easier.

Most people can get cheaper rates but the problem is that most people give up because of the same thing that happened to you. Get put on hold a couple of times or giving the same information over and over gets frustrating.  There's an easier way. I came across a site: http://www.InsuranceEasy.org they have links to multiple free on line quoting services for almost any type of insurance that most people need.

By using these services all you have to do is fill out an on line quote request and they will forward it to local agents and companies for you. I believe that they have around ten different free services that will do this for auto.  I filled out the quote request through all of their links and ended up saving over $400 a year. This was a lot easier then calling a hundred agents.
