Auto insurance?

One of my co workers got into an accdent with no auto insuracne in denver. I was just wondering with is he in for as far as jail time or fines?

It depends on the laws of Denver.  If Denver requires insurance and your friend was caught not only without any, but did damage/injury to another party?  He/she at the very least is looking at a lengthy loss of license.  Any subsequent lawsuit becomes exclusively HIS/HER problem.  (this is why insurance is important and mandatory in many states)

I don't think any jail time will be involved either. However, he will have to pay no insurance fines, injury cost and whatever damage was done. He could see some jail time depending on Colorado's Laws.

it depends on Denver's laws....he could possibly have a lawsuit on his hands if he is at fault.....if sued then he has no insurance company to cover him.....
