Auto-racing in Canada? Where to get started.?

Anyway, I was just wondering what is the process of first starting off with auto-racing in Canada (Ontario to be more specific). There isn't really a track that near, but i was wondering who you would talk to, or what organization you'd go through in order to get into racing.
