Auto restart without warning

Question

I have been on my pc for a while.. then all of a sudden it restarts itself. So I looked at it, it was still clean from last week and nothing was overheated. I start it up again.. and 30 seconds or so after loading windows and some other programs like winfox and msn etc... it shuts down.
