Auto trany to stick?

well im thinking about switching my 76' firebird formula to a clutch how much u tink this is going to run me and no i dont have the option of just seeling it for a new one thats stick

manual trans prices vary depending on location.  but you will also need the clutch pedal and mounting hardware along with the master and slave cylinder.  i recommend purchasing those parts new. if its just a lever system then you will need all the levers too.  some older GMs had lever type clutches and some were hydraulic.  the hydraulic way would run you about $60 for both pieces.  the tyranny can run you around $250 to $600 depending on where you look.  Pull a part places are a good starting place
