  1. Germany, no speed limits

  2. It's in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Some rural parts of it have no speed limit.  See wikipedia for details on each part.

  3. Autobahn is German for highway and as such, it is located in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.  Only the German autobahn has no speed limit and that is only in rural areas.  In urban areas, the speed limit is 130 km/h ( 80 mph ).  I know the Austrian speed limit is 130 km/h as well but I'm not sure about Switzerland's.

Keep in mind that this is possible because their licensing testing is much more strict compared to ours and the lane discipline is far better than in North America as well.  For example, on a 3 lane highway, the right lane is the slow lane and there you will find mainly trucks, campers, etc and the speed might be 90 or 100 km/h ( 55-60 mph ).  The middle lane is where most cars are and the speed ranges from 120-150 km/h ( 75-90 mph ).  The inner lane is for passing only.  I've witnessed high speed cars doing at least 200 km/h flying in the inner lane but as soon as it is clear to move back into the middle lane, these drivers will do so.  It's actually quite interesting to see how the drivers over there are able to keep traffic moving smoothly and efficiently.  It makes driving ( and drivers ) in North America seem quite pathetic in comparison.

  4. Montanna / Wyoming.  (J/K W/M state patrol...)

    No limits

Just because there are no limits does not mean you should drive as fast as your car can go.  Yeah the audobahn is built for the speeds, but if a large  animal or a car is stopped ahead, and your car doesn't have the capability to come to a complete stop, you will be toast.

Most cars can travel far faster than they are capable of stopping from!

  5. Germany

  6. The autobahn is a superhighway located in Germany and has no set speed limit, ironically, it is proven safer and more efficient than interstate highways here in America.

The autobahn is made thicker so that cracks are less frequent, making the surface smoother. The road has a system of cars driving at a high rate of speed in the left lane, passing cars in the middle, and slow cars far right.

Wrecks happen less frequently, because it takes a lot more to get yuor license in Germany than it does in the US
