  1. Think of the most unique thing that has happened to you and write it like a novel in third person. If this is an actual autobiography rather than an autobiographical novel you could start it with something that you've learned from your experiences and have each chapter aid in the progression of this life discovery that you have made.

  2. I can think of three possibilities. 1. Begin at the beginning with your birth or conception or earliest memory and go chronologically. 2. Begin at the end and go backward. 3. Begin in medias res and write it like an epic. It's YOUR autobiography so I can't be much more specific. Good luck.

  3. That depends on how you plan to write that first chapter...

"And Lo, there in the village (Town, city, whatever)(Insert name of home town) was born a child of (Pick a few nice things) surpassing beauty, wit."

    That's just for jokers, though.

You could take a page from Tolkien and describe everything in exceedingly fine detail, reference the first paragraph of the Hobbit for details on that.

You could do one of the first person things...  "I was born in (where ever) in 19(when ever), or so they tell me.  I wasn't in any condition to remember that, you understand.  My first memory... blah blah blah.."

Just chose a book you like to read and use it to give yourself ideas if you can't think of any.
