Autocad printing problem help?

Hello i was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem. Whenever i try to print 3d models on my autocad it shows up on the print preview and prints off with the model but a black wiretrame outline of the model above it aswell. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated its driving me crazy lol

  1. Hi I'm a CAD technician but your question is confusing me...do u mean that ur printout has super imposed line edges on the drawing?  if so you need to go into your visual styles manager and play around with the different styles.. or you could render the drawing, save it as a JPEG and print it out this way... you could even use photoshop to edit and spruce up the image for a better quality...

    If this isn't the case with the super imposed edges then please add more detail to question...

    Oh and by the way night wolf doesn't seem to know what he's talking about.... u could do this but the quality would be really really bad!


  2. This is just a floor in the manufacturing of the program, you have to go back to basics and just use the old fashioned screenshot.

    Do it by holding Ctrl, Shift, Print Screen. Very easy, then just paste it onto Paint then just select the place you want, then right click, copy. Then paste it into word or something and print it.
