Automatic Updates Disabled

Question

I cannot enable automatic updates, even after accessing the services.msc menus. When I change it to automatic, it changes directly back to disabled. I've tried a bunch of fixes, but the same thing always happened. The computer model is Sony PCG-GRZ660. Thanks in advance for the help!
