Automatic affiliate list(which shows best refferal first)

Ive noticed on sites, they have a affiliate list and to apply, you just put their link on your site, so when some1 clicks their site, your automatically put on the affiliate list, and there more visitors you bring, the higher on the list you go? do anyone know how i can add this on my site?
