Automatic reply files to new members of my yahoo group?

How can i send automatic reply files to new members of my yahoo group? But those files in group page dont sent to new members? do you know why and is there any option like that?

I am trying to learn other properties of new participants with using prepared form in group files.

in the file area, you have these choices of when and how they're sent:

* Upon pending membership

* Upon joining group <-------------------

* Upon leaving group

* Upon rejected membership

* Upon being banned from group

* Every 2 weeks

* Every month

if you check where the arrow is, those new members will automatically get that file sent to them
