Automatically resume computer from Hibernation?

Question

I am using windows xp SP2 on this system I have a DVR Card installed and I would like to make this computer run automatically on a certain time of day. For this purpose I am using Windows' schedule task for resuming the windows from Hibernation.

Now the problem is that even though I put my computer into hibernation it does not gets automatically on at that time in fact I have to manually switch the computer for starting it.

I would like to know why is the computer not getting back on automatically from Schedule Task (P.S. I have checked the option of waking the computer in STask)

I know I could use standby mode but the problem is that I am in India and there is a lot of problem of POWER outage and thus the standby mode would not be a good idea for this thing.
