Automatically setting 'new folder' icon?

Question

Is it possible to automatically set the icon for a new folder when it is created? by this i mean when you create a new folder the icon for that folder is not the yellow folder by an icon you have selected beforehand that will appear for every new folder you create. how do you do this?

yes but you would have to reprogramme the computer wich i know how to do but i couldent teach you becuase it would take forever
